Ramboll is currently advancing its strategic capabilities within the Data and Information Security domain to support its global ambitions. At the heart of this transformation is the Information Security Strategy and Projects Office, which plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing initiatives that align with Ramboll’s overarching security vision and mission.
To lead this effort, we are establishing a Senior Lead Project Manager role dedicated to driving high-impact, strategic projects that reinforce Ramboll’s commitment to robust data and information security measures. This role is instrumental in translating strategic objectives into actionable programs that enhance our global security posture. We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional projects within large, global organizations. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in project management, a strong understanding of regulatory and information security challenges, and the ability to align project execution with strategic goals.
As our Senior Lead Project Manager, you will:
Success in this role requires documented experience in managing large-scale projects, ideally within the cyber and information security space, and familiarity with recognized security and project management frameworks.
You will work in close cooperation with our Global Data and Information Security teams
As our Senior lead project Manager, you will be working with a team of skilled security professionals and consultants, assigned the task of coordinating and managing Ramboll’s Global Data and information security initiatives and projects. You will be based in Ramboll Headquarters in Copenhagen and report directly to the Head of Information Security Strategy and Projects Office, based in Copenhagen as well.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
1. Scope management – to maintain focus on the objectives and outcomes that have been agreed.
2. Stakeholder engagement - to ensure that relevant stakeholders are appropriately engaged and communicated with.
3. Governance framework - to ensure that there is executive sponsorship and support, direction setting and points of escalation for decision making with appropriate reporting and document control arrangements set out and implemented.
4. Benefit realization - to have processes in place to identify and track benefits to inform decision making.
5. Risk and issue management - to implement measures for effective identification and management of risks and issues, including forward planning and means to escalate issues for effective and timely decision making.
6. Planning and scheduling - to provide visibility and control and minimize the occurrence of missed deadlines, including recording planning assumptions and managing dependencies.
7. Quality management - to implement arrangements to manage quality of project deliverables.
8. Change control - to manage planned and unplanned changes. ensuring the impact of proposed changes are assessed and agreed prior to being implemented.
9. Supplier management - to integrate suppliers project structure and governance arrangements.
10. Resource management - to plan for appropriate resources to be deployed and rolled off the project, balancing the business and project needs.
11. Assurance and learning - to implement arrangements for internal or external assurance and to gather lessons learned to feed into ongoing learning for the department and business.
