Your new team

You will be part of Business Strategy & Transactions Consulting which is a young, dynamic and international department with strong team spirit and professional drive. You will work on projects that bridge commercial understanding and technical insights, gaining experience from all parts of a project – from tendering to execution.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Market assessments related to regulations, competitive dynamics and trends
  • Business model development and strategic roadmaps
  • Commercial due diligence and transaction support
  • Feasibility assessment and strategies for new technologies/products
  • Business cases for investment decisions Your tasks will vary depending on project scope and your development goals. Typical responsibilities include research, data and market analysis, creating presentations, writing reports, and participating in client workshops.

As a management consulting intern, you’ll be part of a dynamic team working across a wide range of disciplines including strategy, sustainability, M&A, public policy, organisational transformation, and business development. You’ll contribute to projects that involve data collection, stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and implementation planning, gaining hands-on experience with the tools and approaches that define modern consulting.

Your new role

As our new Intern, you will help businesses make smarter investments and shape future-ready strategies as well as you will develop your consulting skills in an open, collaborative and empowering culture while being part of our journey to create a globally leading consultancy within strategy and transactions. Bring your interest in business strategy, M&A and commercial advisory into play as you help deliver impactful solutions as a management consulting intern. In this position, you will gain insights into a global consultancy while obtaining solid knowledge of what it takes to be a management consultant.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is currently enrolled in or about to begin graduate studies or relevant higher education—typically within business, economics, political science, sociology, anthropology, law, sustainability, engineering, public administration, or other social science disciplines
  • Is among the top performers in your academic cohort
  • Has relevant experience from student jobs, internships, volunteer work, or extracurricular activities
  • Approaches tasks with structure and demonstrates strong analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Can think strategically, operate at a high level of abstraction, and empathise with client perspectives
  • •Works independently while contributing actively to team collaboration
  • Is comfortable using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel to communicate insights and structure deliverables
  • Has professional proficiency in English (Danish is a plus, but not a requirement)
