We are looking for a new Head of Spatial Design for our studio in Copenhagen

Every day, we work at the nexus of creativity and experimentation, always looking to the lasting impact on communities and their environments. To continue this journey, we are looking for a Head of Spatial Design to lead spatial concepts reflecting the depth, purpose and context of our projects.

What will you be doing?
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

As Head of Spatial Design at Henning Larsen you lead the spatial design experience, materiality and storytelling in close interaction with the architecture team from concept to completion and through that creates bespoke design that offers sensuous and inclusive spaces with long lasting solutions.

What are we looking for?

As our new Head of Spatial Design, we anticipate that you have:

• A master’s degree in interior architecture, Architecture, Spatial Design, or a related field.
• 6-8+ years of experience in spatial design, interior architecture, or experiential environments.
• Deep understanding of architectural integration, spatial programming, and materiality.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in spatial design across typologies: Cultural, Educational, Workspace, Hospitality, Residential, Retail and art/pavilion installations.
• Advanced proficiency in relevant design and documentation tools (e.g., Rhino, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• An excellent communicator
• Proactive and results-driven and committed to excellence and professionalism
• Exceptional at design sensibility and conceptual thinking.
• Capable of building and maintaining client relationships, including developing new business opportunities.
