If this sounds like you, or you’re curious to learn more, then this role could be the perfect opportunity. Join our Communication & Marketing team as the parental cover for our Employer Branding Project Manager for Ramboll in the Nordics and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.

Your new role

We´re looking for a passionate new colleague to help us tell our story and attract the best talent. As our Employer Branding Project Manager for Ramboll in the Nordics, you will support our overarching ambition to be the partner for sustainable change for our clients and stakeholders by helping us position Ramboll as a workplace. You will be responsible for driving employer branding events and campaigns and you will get to produce content that sparks the interest of our talent audiences. You will work closely with employer branding colleagues as well as colleagues in HR, Talent Acquisition, and Internal Communication & People to nurture a cohesive and positive employee experience.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Drive career fairs and digital employer branding webinars from strategic outline to practical execution. You might not be a seasoned project manager yet but aspiring to be one.
  • Craft compelling social media concepts and content across the Nordics conveying Ramboll´s employer value proposition and support on content targeting our wider social media audience in Denmark 
  • Develop mini digital campaigns towards key talent audiences
  • Guide colleagues in the Nordics on our brand materials for events

About you

  • Track-record as project manager on successful brand enhancing events in the Nordics 
  • Strong communication skills converting content strategies to impactful formats based on insights
  • Hands-on experience with social media campaigns (organic and paid), content and video production 
  • Relevant educational background in communication, marketing or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working in international teams 
  • Excellent English skills

The position is a fixed-term role from December 1st, 2025 to October 31st 2026, with the possibility of new opportunities arising in our global Communication & Marketing function once the term concludes.
