Communication Student Assistant for Information Security and Data Compliance

Your new role

As our new Student Assistant based at Ramboll’s Headquarters in Copenhagen, you will support our Information Security and Data Compliance department. You will be part of a team of skilled cyber and information security professionals. You will primarily focus on supporting information security governance activities by enhancing internal communication and coordination, assisting with project documentation, and administrative tasks, all in alignment with Ramboll's global data and information security strategy. Our vibrant team is dedicated to fostering a safe and productive environment while ensuring effective communication across the organisation.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Facilitate effective communication and coordination between the CISO office and Ramboll’s Communication department and other key stakeholders.
Assist with progress tracking for security-related projects overseen by the PMO, ensuring projects are well-documented and that communication supports adherence to deadlines.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing documentation, and coordinating departmental activities, focusing on efficient communication.
Support the development and maintenance of intranet pages in SharePoint, ensuring content facilitates effective communication within the team and organization.
Support the creation and distribution of security awareness materials, ensuring clear and consistent messaging throughout the organization.
About you
You are currently studying in the final year of a bachelor or the first year of a master’s degree in communication, journalism, marketing, business administration, technical writing, or similar.
You are fluent in English; Danish is an advantage.
You are excellent in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint and can demonstrate this through university assignments and deliverables.
You are an excellent communicator and would be comfortable working with people from various countries and cultures.
