Store Community Representative (Community Rep)

Our sales advisors are central to this journey. As a Store Community Representative, you are the face of Rains in your city — connecting people, culture, and the brand. You bring our store to life by creating a welcoming environment where every visit feels personal and every interaction feels meaningful.

The Role

To strengthen Rains’ ongoing growth and new retail initiatives, we’re now looking for proactive Store Community Representatives. This role combines retail excellence with community building - from ensuring smooth daily operations to hosting in-store interactions, engaging with local creatives and helping create simple, real moments that reflect Rains’ universe — in and around the store. You understand that our stores are more than places to shop; they’re spaces where community and culture meet.

This role will be a hybrid setup between store and local community. Meaning you will both be a resource on the floor and act as a motivator and catalyst outside the store.

Your Primary Tasks

• Convert walk-in traffic to buying customers and brand ambassadors by creating energy and excitement.
• Support daily store operations, maintaining an inspiring, efficient, and high-standard retail experience.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards and ensure products are presented to the highest retail standard — You are Rains.
• Work effectively as a team player, collaborating with colleagues to deliver consistently exceptional customer experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will gain hands-on experience in various areas, including:

• Act as the local ambassador of Rains, embodying our brand values, tone, and aesthetic in everything you do.
• Build and foster meaningful relationships with customers, local creatives, and community members.
• Plan, coordinate, and host in-store interactions and events that bring people together and create lasting impressions. Scout and invite local profiles, friends of the brand, and cultural figures to events, openings, and interactions.
• You’ll work closely with our Brand Activation Team in Denmark — with your anchor at the local store in your city.

You’re someone who shows passion and excitement for the Rains universe and products. communicates through storytelling, and engages customers with strong selling skills. You’re a natural connector with charisma and genuine curiosity about people. You enjoy working cross- functionally and comfortable with being on camera or representing the brand publicly.

We imagine you have:

• Experience in retail and an understanding of what makes it takes to run the daily operations of a store.
• Strong commercial understanding and customer focus.
• Strong communicator with fluency in English (+ native language)
• Culturally aware and tuned into your city’s cultural and creative scene.
• Organized and proactive, with the ability to plan and execute small to mid-scale events or interactions.
• Experience with filming and creating content.
