Creative Producer — HQ

We are now looking for an experienced and highly skilled Creative Producer to lead and elevate the production of content across campaigns and lookbooks.

This is a senior role for someone who thrives in the intersection of creativity, structure and execution — and who knows how to turn strong ideas into outstanding visual results.

The Role

As Creative Producer at Rains, you will be central to bringing our creative vision to life. Working closely with the Brand Marketing Director and Art Director, we imagine you helping us translate creative concepts into concrete production plans and lead all aspects of execution — from early scoping and pre-production to on-set management and final delivery.

In this role, you will play a key part in driving high-quality photo and video productions across campaigns and lookbooks — ensuring that every detail aligns with Rains’ visual standards, timelines, and budgets.

Your overall responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production of photo and video content across campaigns and lookbooks.
• Translate creative direction into clear, actionable production plans.
• Ensure high-quality execution across all stages of the production lifecycle.
• Act as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Ensure efficient workflows, strong collaboration, and timely delivery of assets.

Your primary tasks

• Plan and execute productions from concept to final delivery — across both small-scale and complex shoots.
• Manage production budgets, schedules, resources, and vendor relationships, including negotiations with external partners.
• Oversee pre-production processes such as casting, location sourcing, logistics, and collaboration with external production agencies.
• Lead on-set execution and ensure smooth coordination between creative teams, photographers, crews, and agencies.
• Drive post-production workflows, ensuring assets are delivered on time, well-organized, and aligned with brand standards.
• Continuously identify opportunities to optimize workflows and improve production efficiency.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with all stakeholders throughout the process.

Your Profile

You are an experienced and confident producer with a strong creative mindset and exceptional organizational skills. You are detail-oriented, collaborative and reliable in your approach — and you have the ability to remain calm under pressure. You take pride in working closely with others and in delivering high-quality visual content — every time.

We imagine that you have:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in content production, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or creative industries.
• Proven experience leading productions from concept to delivery.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, timelines, contracts, and production logistics.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working closely with creative leaders and external partners.
• A solution-oriented mindset and a high level of attention to detail.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30+ days annually).

Please note: The role is based at our headquarters in Aarhus and includes travel activity (30+ days annually) to support global productions. You will be reporting to the Creative Production Manager.
