Our Housemen are the ones who assemble the pieces of the puzzle and have a positive and hands-on approach. They are sophisticated hosts and proactively anticipate guests’ needs by being in the right place at the right time delivering first class service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sets up meeting/function rooms prior to the guest arrival in accordance to the departmental standards and the guests specifications
• Ensures the smooth running of the assigned meeting/function rooms and public meeting and event space at all times
• Welcomes our guests and assists in the cloakroom
• Helps our guests with misc. requests e.g. changing set up of the room or delivering extra meeting materials
• Is the runner for our M&E guest in order to ensure they have whatever they need

• Excellent team player with strong communication skills, you will have a passion for delivering a great customer experience
• Attention to detail
• You are fluent in English as a minimum and fluency in a Scandinavian language is an advantage
• You enjoy a varying schedule, including evenings and weekends
