We are looking for a Hardware R&D Team Lead who embodies ambition and positivity, who can passionately take ownership of their responsibilities, collaborating effectively with remote teams to not only meet but exceed our objectives and fulfill the evolving needs of our expanding customer base.

The hardware development team spans two global sites – one in Tel Aviv and one in Copenhagen. The two teams work seamlessly together across projects, and we try to foster an open dialogue to foster creativity and commitment. The hardware team is responsible for all hardware within QM spanning from room-temperature control hardware to our cryogenic QPU carriers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the hardware for the company's Quantum Computing control and packaging systems.
  • Develop, test and introduce to production QM’s hardware.
  • Lead the technical aspects of the hardware development from design to production.
  • Promote high standards of hardware producibility through design for manufacturing, test, and assembly.

Requirements

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hardware development experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience of leading a development team.
  • Experience in turning a product from idea to robust product in production.
  • Experienced in digital electronics design within high-speed communication or embedded systems.
  • Proven track record handling hardware review, testing, and system integration.
  • Technical leadership experience within high-end electronics hardware.
  • B.Sc. or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
