The Team
The Wholesale Operations team is responsible for delivering the highest level of service, ensuring customers receive their goods on time, every time, and in the most efficient way. The team plays a central role in the PVH Wholesale business and acts as a key communication hub, managing and influencing a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver operational excellence.
The team is ambitious, motivated and highly focused, working together to achieve the department’s vision of becoming the leading Wholesale Operations team in the industry.
The Position
Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Key Account Specialist has full accountability for providing end-to-end operational service for Key Accounts and for maintaining a clean, accurate and fully processable order book.
