Retail Sales Associate

We are now looking for an energetic and customer focused Sales Associate to join our store in Ringsted for 30 hours per week. If you thrive in a fast paced retail environment and love delivering great service while driving results, this is your opportunity to grow with a global sports brand.

What you will do:

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store and stockroom in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards
• Ensure individual performance achieves or even exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective servicing of customers
• Assume responsibility for executing and processing incoming and outgoing merchandise
• Maintains a clean, organized and efficient stockroom while adhering to company standards and safety requirements
• Prepare merchandise to go out onto the sales floor, including display shoes Keep floor area neat and organized. This includes stock and inventory functions, i.e. labelling and price marking items and merchandising apparel as needed.
• Organize and fill sales floor to maximize selling

YOUR TALENT

• At least 1 year of experience in retail, which is considered an advantage
• Completed high school or vocational education
• A strong sales mindset with the ability to achieve or exceed targets and KPIs
• Product knowledge or the willingness to quickly learn about product features, quality, care, and pricing
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Comfort working with retail systems and POS technology
• The ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently
