Venture Analyst for deep tech VC (student position)

Hi there! We are PSV Hafnium – an early-stage, Nordic venture capital fund entirely dedicated to deep tech.

In PSV Hafnium, we're expanding our team and are on the lookout for a Venture Analyst to join us. Are you curious about innovation and eager to explore the next big deep tech trends? What you'll be doing

As a Venture Analyst at PSV Hafnium, you'll work closely with our partner team, supporting the day-to-day operations and investment activities.

• Help drive and manage the sourcing of startups to our investment pipeline (deal flow)

• Evaluate and conduct due diligence on potential investment cases
• Build and nurture strong relationships with external ecosystem partners and founders
• Represent PSV Hafnium in the ecosystem: at events, conferences, co-working spaces, universities, etc.

You stand out through your optimism, sharp analytical skills, and a natural ability to connect with people. Building meaningful, trust-based relationships is something you thrive on, and you're motivated by the desire to create real impact.

We envision that you

• Are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree with at least 1 year left of your studies in a technical or natural science discipline at University of Copenhagen or Technical University of Denmark
• Are truly passionate about deep tech, with a solid drive to bring innovative technologies to market
• Are an empathetic person who is committed to making a difference - for the planet and the people around you

While we believe in the power of collaboration and spending time together in the office, we also value flexibility and embrace the possibility of remote work.

We’d love to hear from you - even if you don’t tick every box. This is just our best attempt to describe the role realistically. At the end of the day, we don’t care too much about traditional credentials if your drive and mindset are aligned. Sometimes, the right person is someone we haven’t yet had the imagination to look for.
