Junior IT Supporter

We’re now looking for a Junior IT Supporter to join our internal IT setup and support our colleagues in their daily work.

What you'll be doing

Your main responsibility is to deliver stable, well-structured first-line IT support for PriceShape employees.

You’ll work closely with our Lead IT & Security, HR, and colleagues across the company, ensuring that our IT setup supports daily operations and comply with our security and ISO 27001 standards.

Your day-to-day tasks will include the following:

Day-to-day tasks include:

• Providing first-line day-to-day IT support (hardware, software, accounts, troubleshooting)

• Handling onboarding and offboarding of employees

• Working in a ticketing system with focus on prioritisation and documentation

• Escalating issues and keeping users informed

• Setting up, replacing, and managing devices

• Handling user access (creating, updating, and removing user accounts )

• Following IT security and access standards consistently

• Ensuring tasks are documented, traceable, and audit-friendly

Over time, you’ll also:

• Help maintain and improve IT documentation

• Support standardisation of IT processes

• Assist the IT & Security team with ad hoc tasks

What we're looking for:

You’re service-minded, reliable, and comfortable taking responsibility. You like structure, checklists, and clear processes — especially when it comes to access, security, and documentation.

We expect you to have most of the following:

• 1–2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk (internships count)

• IT support skills (troubleshoot user issues, identify root causes, and deliver clear, practical solutions.

• Familiarity with macOS and/or Windows.

• Comfortable working with structured processes and documentation.

Nice to have:

• Experience with ticketing systems

• Exposure to MFA, password managers, or security tools

• Experience with Google Workspace

• Interest in IT security and compliance

Language:

• English: fluent (working language)

• Danish: nice to have

You’re easy to work with, communicate clearly, and bring a positive attitude. We work in an open office so being comfortable around others is a great advantage.
