Are you passionate about turning opportunities into measurable business impact and building strong relationships with top e-commerce and consumer brands? At PriceShape, we’re looking for motivated Business Development Managers to join our commercial team and play a key role in driving our growth.

In this role, you’ll take full ownership of qualified opportunities, guiding deals from discovery to close through a value-driven and customer-centric sales approach. Rather than leading with product, you’ll focus on deeply understanding each customer’s business goals, challenges, and commercial drivers and translate that into clear, tangible value.

You’ll work closely with a talented team of BDRs, marketers, and product experts to ensure every opportunity is approached with insight, structure and impact.

This is a role for someone who thrives in complex sales environments, knows how to challenge and guide customers, and is motivated by creating real business outcomes, not just closing deals.


What You’ll Do

You’ll be responsible for owning and progressing opportunities end-to-end, with a strong focus on value creation and business alignment:

  • Own and manage qualified opportunities from discovery to close

  • Lead deep, structured discovery to understand customer business models, goals, and challenges

  • Identify and quantify value potential aligned with customer objectives

  • Facilitate commercial conversations focused on business impact and outcomes, not just product features

  • Guide stakeholders through complex decision-making processes with a clear and structured approach

  • Build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, including economic buyers and decision-makers

  • Drive deal progression, negotiations, and contract closure

  • Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline visibility

  • Forecast revenue and contribute to pipeline reviews

You’ll also play a key role in strengthening our commercial setup:
  • Collaborate closely with BDRs to ensure high-quality pipeline and strong discovery foundations

  • Work with marketing on inbound leads and provide feedback on messaging and positioning

  • Share customer insights with product and leadership to influence roadmap and market approach

  • Contribute to refining our value-based sales methodology and best practices

  • Ensure smooth and structured handover to Customer Success, including business goals and expected outcomes


Who You Are

We’re looking for a commercially driven, structured, and curious sales professional who understands that great sales start with understanding the customer.

Need to have
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably SaaS)

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets

  • Strong experience with value-based or consultative sales approaches

  • Ability to run structured discovery and uncover business needs and drivers

  • Experience managing opportunities through a structured, multi-stakeholder sales cycle

  • Confidence engaging mid-market or enterprise stakeholders

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

  • Structured and disciplined approach to pipeline management and CRM usage

  • A proactive, resilient, and results-driven mindset

Nice to have
  • Experience within e-commerce, retail, or consumer brands

  • Exposure to pricing strategy, revenue optimization, or marketing performance tools

  • Experience selling complex or data-driven SaaS solutions

  • Familiarity with methodologies like MEDDICC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales

  • Experience working in a customer-centric, insight-led sales environment

  • Additional languages beyond English
