You'll be the strategic finance voice on-site, partnering directly with business leaders across National Accounting Centres, Plant Operations, and Business Finance teams to influence key decisions and shape performance.

You'll report to our Nordic & Poland Regional Manager, giving you access to a dynamic front-office team while being supported by our 30-person center of excellence in Brno. You'll own the complete financial stewardship of assigned entities—from month-end excellence to strategic forecasting—while collaborating seamlessly with our Global Business Finance Services and Strategic Business Unit Centers of Excellence. No people management responsibilities means you can focus purely on financial expertise and business partnership.

Own complete month-end close process for assigned entities under US GAAP, preparing and reviewing journal entries, accruals, provisions, intercompany transactions, and reclassifications while delivering accurate P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements with quality variance analysis.
Maintain rigorous SOX compliance and internal controls by keeping comprehensive documentation and control evidence, supporting internal and external audits with detailed schedules and explanations, and coordinating statutory and tax packs with local advisors.
Drive forecasting and budgeting excellence by supporting annual planning and periodic forecasts, collecting inputs from business and SBU finance, loading and reconciling figures to ensure alignment across P&L, balance sheet, and headcount, while building sophisticated driver-based models for revenue, COGS, and Opex.
Perform comprehensive account reconciliations and proactively resolve issues with the Brno Shared Service Center, while maintaining fixed assets, CIP, capitalization, and depreciation processes with full accuracy and compliance.
Deliver strategic business analysis and decision support by explaining performance drivers in clear terms, recommending cost and process actions backed by robust data analysis, preparing standard business cases and ACT documents, and supporting capex tracking with post-investment reviews.
Coordinate payroll accounting operations including entries and reconciliations while maintaining detailed cost center and project reporting, tracking Opex and headcount, and submitting high-quality data in ERP and BI tools within required timeframes.
Lead continuous process improvement initiatives by documenting SOPs and controls, proposing simplifications and automation in Excel and BI tools, supporting transitions and integrations with Brno SSC and SBU CoE, while meeting agreed service levels and escalating issues with facts and solution options
Enhance financial information flow by improving dashboards and templates, tracking risks and opportunities with early flagging, and providing clear, insight-driven analysis that transforms complex financial data into actionable business intelligence for leadership decision-making
Degree in finance or accounting.
4 to 6 years of experience in controlling, accounting, or FP&A.
Strong US GAAP knowledge. SOX and internal controls experience.
Advanced Excel skills. Experience with SAP or Oracle and BI tools like Power BI is a plus.
Proficiency in English.
Organized, detail-focused, and dependable in deadlines.
Comfortable in a global, matrix setup.
