Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth Manager to drive user and trading growth for Aster.
This role focuses on growth strategy, referral/affiliate expansion, and data-driven experiments, working closely with product, BD, and marketing teams to scale user acquisition and trading activity.
The ideal candidate is highly execution-oriented and comfortable operating in a fast-moving crypto environment.

Key Responsibilities
- 1. Growth Strategy & User Expansion
- Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, and trading volume
- Identify scalable growth channels including referrals, affiliates, partners, and trading communities
- Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve conversion and retention
- 2. Referral & Affiliate Ecosystem
- Build and manage the referral and affiliate ecosystem
- Identify and onboard partners, trading communities, brokers, and KOL-driven networks
- Design incentive mechanisms that align partner growth with platform trading activity
- Monitor partner performance based on referred users, addresses, and trading volume
- 3. Campaigns & Incentive Programs
- Plan and execute growth campaigns and trading incentive programs
- Manage campaigns end-to-end from concept, launch, performance tracking to optimization
- Ensure campaigns deliver measurable results in user growth and trading activity
- 4. Data-Driven Growth
- Analyze internal data and growth funnels to identify opportunities
- Design and run growth experiments to improve acquisition and activation
- Track and evaluate campaign performance using defined metrics
- 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, BD, and marketing teams to align growth initiatives
- Translate product features into clear growth opportunities and user value
- Support growth initiatives related to product launches, partnerships, and ecosystem expansion
Requirements
- 3–6+ years experience in growth, business development, or user growth roles
- Experience in crypto, DeFi, trading platforms, or fintech
- Strong understanding of referral systems, affiliate programs, and incentive mechanisms
- Strong data awareness and ability to interpret growth metrics and dashboards
- Proven ability to drive measurable user or trading growth
Nice to Have
- Experience working with trading communities or crypto KOL networks
- Familiar with DEX / DeFi ecosystems
- Experience launching trading competitions or incentive campaigns
