Overview

We are currently seeking Senior and Intermediate Construction Planners / Schedulers to join a major pharmaceutical construction project in Denmark. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile, complex project within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

 

The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for developing and managing detailed project schedules across the full construction lifecycle, from early design through to commissioning.


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed construction schedules
  • Maintain and enhance project controls tools
  • Perform Critical Path analysis and schedule optimization
  • Lead and facilitate Interactive Planning Workshops
  • Engage with project teams from early project phases
  • Provide performance updates, identifying variances and corrective actions
  • Define, track, and report on key project milestones
  • Liaise with project management to deliver regular schedule reports
  • Establish project resource requirements
  • Develop and communicate tools to achieve project completion targets
  • Contribute to Constructability Reviews
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Align project objectives with client expectations and timelines
  • Ensure execution in line with established Quality Management Systems

Qualifications

Candidate Requirements

  • 8–15+ years’ experience in project scheduling on complex projects
  • Experience across full lifecycle: design → construction → commissioning
  • Degree (preferred) in Engineering, Science, or related discipline
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies
  • Experience with Last Planner methodology (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability in project coordination and stakeholder engagement
