Qualifications

  • Prior experience in these topics is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in research related to parameterized algorithms and approximation algorithms.
  • Collaborate with a team of PhD students and postdoctoral researchers.
  • Work under the guidance of an experienced principal investigator.

Skills

  • Proficiency in mathematical concepts and formalism.
  • Familiarity with linear programming methods, including primal-dual arguments and rounding algorithms.

Education

  • Candidates must have completed a master’s degree for the 5+3 program or the first year of a master’s program for the 4+4 program by the employment date.
