[Paid Student Job] Founder's Associate in VC-funded fintech scaleup

As a Founder's Associate (Working Student), you will work directly with the founding and executive team to build tools, models, and AI powered applications that drive smarter decisions across the business. You will turn ideas into production ready internal apps, support high impact strategic initiatives, and help optimize how we operate as we scale.

What you’ll do 📈

• Work closely with the founders on strategic and operational projects across product, commercial, and finance

• Design, build, and deploy internal tools and lightweight applications using LLMs to automate workflows and enhance decision making

• Take AI prototypes from idea to production, ensuring scalability, usability, and measurable impact

• Build and maintain advanced Excel financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis

• Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights for high stakes decisions

• Create dashboards and reporting frameworks to track company performance

• Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking within fintech and wealth management

• Own and drive independent mini projects with full responsibility from scoping to execution

What we’re looking for 🎯

• Currently enrolled as a student at a top tier university, preferably studying business, finance, economics, engineering, computer science, or similar

• Comfortable building applications with LLMs and taking them into production environments

• Strong technical curiosity and hands on experience experimenting with AI tools and automation

• Advanced Excel skills including complex nested formulas, financial modeling, and scenario analysis

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex problems

• High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership

• Proactive and execution focused with a genuine builder mentality

• Available to work approximately 20 hours per week with flexibility during exam periods
