The position:

The Student Assistant is to primarily support the Shopper Marketing Manager for our Food brands (Doritos, Lay’s, Cheetos and Cruesli) and rest of PepsiCo Foods Commercial team in the Copenhagen office.

 

This position is for a one-year temporary assignment, with a possibility of extension​. Working hours are 15 hours per week, with a start date of April 1, 2026.


Responsibilities

- Support Activation Initiatives: Supporting the Shopper Marketing Manager with below the line (BTL) marketing campaigns & activities, securing content for activations and support in developing activations. Aligning internally and with external agency. 


- Brand portal responsibility: secure up-to-date content in the Brand portal (shared with distributors) and providing materials to distributors ad hoc


- Sponsorship Coordination, especially Champions League: Help manage logistics and communication around sponsorship-related activities for Champions League, eg. ordering tickets and managing supply of products for matches. 


- Website Management: Help maintain, coordinate and update content on activation websites and e-mail flows


- Presentation Preparation: Assist in creating and collecting materials for presentations, including campaign recaps from distributors and creating templates for follow-ups.  


- Contribute to Commercial Projects: Contribute to ongoing commercial projects (including product launches), providing competitor research, input, and administrative support. 


- Operational & Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling, documentation, and ad hoc requests.


Qualifications

• Last year of Bachelor’s degree in the field of Business, or currently studying Master’s degree 


• Result-oriented, solution-driven and hands-on, positive mentality


• Operates independently and can confidently take initiative and own projects, being organized throughout the process


• Can bring ideas to life, through communication and teamwork


• Strong writing, communication and presentation skills 


• Interest in graphic design and preferably has worked with graphic design 


• Fluency in English, and preferably another Nordic language


• Preferably has experience with working in a corporate environment and matrix organization
