Lead PepsiCo’s commercial agenda in Norway and Iceland with P&L responsibility for transformation volume growth, market share & system net revenue / profit of all PepsiCo’s Beverage trademarks, while also developing the future strategy for Cola and New Platforms growth. Success is delivered through strong bottler relationship, great commercial savviness, commercial talent development and building and implementing successful long term strategies. And by utilizing the strength of the PepsiCo network either within the Market Unit, Business Unit or broader through e.g. International Beverages matrix teams. The candidate will be responsible for wiring with the bottler’s senior sales and commercial leadership team.
Be the beverage strategist:
Lead the development of the franchise beverages sales strategic agenda via Annual Operating Planning (AOP) and long-range planning (3yr Joint Business Plans). In addition, build the future strategy for Cola category growth.
Ensure all key marketing initiatives, are fully supported in the sales plans by appropriate distribution footprint, pack, price and promotion initiatives.
Collaborate with broader Business Unit and International Beverage teams to drive strategic priorities. E.g. Away From Home channel expansion strategies.
Ensure performance via execution & tracking:
Prepare senior management reports and communications on performance tracking, drivers, plus risks & opportunities to support input to the Finance reporting calendar
Provide input to Finance for the monthly/quarterly sales forecast. And brand, channel & pack inputs to develop the Finance AOP.
Build win-win solutioning and strong relationships:
Own and drive strong relationships across the bottler’s senior sales & commercial leadership team enabled via the execution of a clear wiring plan.
Set the sales agenda with strong relationships and the interface is working effectively. Assist appropriately. appropriate.
Act as capability champion:
Work with bottlers to identify commercial capability gaps and agree on action plans
