Your role & impact

We’re looking for a Tech Lead to lead engineering in one of our cross-functional product teams. In this role, it is crucial that you are able to balance hands-on engineering and technical direction with people leadership, enabling your team to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions and shape the future of the Penneo platform.

Our stack includes Kotlin, React, TypeScript, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes. 

This role is based in our Copenhagen office in Carlsberg Byen. We love to see our colleagues in the office, but we have a hybrid-set up as we want to foster a healthy work-life balance. 

What you'll be doing:

• Provide guidance, clarity and direction for your team. 

• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration and continuous growth.

• In close collaboration with your Product Manager, discover feasible solutions that delight the customers. 

• Own and drive the technical roadmap for your team. Provide architectural guidance and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions. 

• Partner with compliance and other product teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory expectations (eIDAS, ISO, etc.).

• Promote best practices in engineering, testing and documentation. 

• Contribute with hands-on coding.
