  • Not afraid of getting your hands dirty and jumping into new things.

Your role & impact

We’re looking for a People Operations & Talent Specialist, combining hands-on involvement in recruitment with responsibility for day-to-day People & Culture operations, offering variety, ownership, and long-term development within the People & Culture function. 

Reporting directly to the P&C Manager, you will become part of a small but effective team with huge impact across the organisation, gain exposure to a wide range of people topics and develop your skills across both Talent Acquisition and People Operations.


This role is based in our Copenhagen office in Carlsberg Byen. We love to see our colleagues in the office, but we have a hybrid-set up as we want to foster a healthy work-life balance. 


What you'll be doing:

  • Own and drive end-to-end hiring processes across multiple roles, teams and seniority levels. 

  • Partner closely with hiring managers on role scoping, job ads and hiring plans. 

  • Serve as key point of contact for employee lifecycle questions and personnel cases.

  • Support managers and employees on matters like absence management, parental leave and other employee matters. 

  • Coordinate with external partners such as pension and payroll partners. 

  • Contribute to improvements of both TA and P&C processes, templates, and documentation.
