Introducing the Graduate Programme
Our two-year Graduate Programme is designed to accelerate your professional growth through immersive, hands-on learning with real projects and a high level of responsibility from day one. The programme includes three rotations within different areas of our business, where you will work with and learn from leading professionals shaping the industry.

As a Graduate, you will:

• Develop your skills through tailored training and business-critical projects
• Deepen your understanding of the renewable energy sector and build a strong professional and personal toolbox
• Strengthen your cultural agility in a dynamic, international environment with diverse stakeholders
• Receive mentorship from experienced professionals who support your career development
• Expand your network across PEAK Wind’s global and cross-functional teams

The programme is available in Denmark (Copenhagen & Aarhus), Germany (Hamburg), Scotland (Glasgow), and Spain (Zaragoza).

• Data & Intelligence
• Due Diligence and Transactional Services
• Engineering
• HSEQ
• Operations Economics & Analytics
• Operations Preparations
• Power-to-X Consulting
• SCADA & Cyber Security
• Strategic Consulting
• Technical Asset Management

What Will Make You Successful in This Role

• Hold or will complete a technical, commercial, or financial master’s degree by September 1st, 2026
• Possess clear and effective communication skills in English, both spoken and written
• Bring a proactive mindset, sharp analytical skills, and a drive to excel
• Demonstrate a collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in an international, cross-functional team
• Professional work experience from a student job or internship
• No more than one year of post-graduation work experience
