Delivery Head

The Delivery Head India will be responsible for establishing a cohesive delivery team composed of both PDF and outsourced resources within the engineering, field integration, customer support, and sales domains.  The candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing the operating model for the India team. The candidate will work closely with customers to ensure their success in utilizing PDF software and services. The candidate will scale the team to meet rapidly developing opportunities through both recruitment and partnerships with regional partners while maintaining strong alignment with U.S. based development and sales organizations. The candidate will demonstrate leadership in managing the development of cloud native software and professional service delivery.  The candidate will be responsible for expanding the India customer portfolio while maintaining budget.

The successful candidate will bring strong experience with SaaS and hybrid deployment models, and experience working with both cloud and on-premises infrastructure.

The Delivery Head India will provide technical leadership with a mixed onshore and offshore team, and must effectively prioritize and manage deadlines and both external and internal client expectations. Successful candidates will demonstrate past success and enthusiasm to work in a global team-oriented environment that offers the opportunity to build the discipline.

• Team Leadership: Provide leadership to the India team; ensure that all team members are working together effectively, are communicating with other teams, and producing quality work in line with the overall program vision
• Team Building: Enable best in practice policy for recruiting of India talent and India based partnerships
• Delivery Model Development: Define innovative delivery and financial models to best address the India market. Enable regional sales efforts
• Post Sales Enablement: Define product attached service portfolio to complement PDF product offerings
• Quality Management: Monitor and manage the India teams product development and professional service delivery to ensure PDF quality metrics are met or exceeded
• Budget Management: Manage India team expenses in alignment with corporate financial goals

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other related field like Electrical or Computer Engineering;
• Master’s degree in Business Management or Business Development
• 10+ years’ experience working in management role
• 5+ years’ experience working in software development environment
• 5+ years’ experience working in professional service environment
• Strong experience in business development
• Strong Experience in Integration: Proficiency in designing and implementing integration solutions using Apache Camel or Spring Integration
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify and solve integration issues

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• Client facing experience in either sales or business development
• Experience in a SaaS delivery organization
• Knowledge of manufacturing or shop-floor applications like MES (SiView, Fab300, etc) and equipment automation
• Knowledge of ERP integration strategies and EAI in general
• Ability to travel on company business, attend client functions, and professionally represent the company
• Certifications: Relevant certifications from public cloud solutions, ITIL, ISO 20000, COBIT
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
