About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Lead with passion and motivation for the following responsibilities:

• Leading the DevOps team in building scalable and secure pipelines
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the integration of DevSecOps practices
• Ensuring that our SaaS Development pipelines are robust, secure, efficient, and compliant with industry standards
• Guiding the team through technological advancements and process improvements to maintain our competitive edge
• Drive new initiatives with hands on approach to take us to the next level

About you

As an experienced DevOps engineer you know your technobabble. You can drive initiatives with a hands-on approach and have a strong background in DevOps practices. We believe that to succeed in the job, you have documented experience within:

• 5+ years of dedicated DevOps experience
• Experience with Microservices and the architecture that leads to:
  • Design
  • Observability (logging, metrics)
  • Performance
  • Debugging
• Immutable Infrastructure, Configuration-as-Code, Infrastructure-as-Code, GitOps
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Git
• Experience with Kubernetes and associated technologies, e.g.:
  • Helm
  • ArgoCD
• Relevant programming experience in bash and e.g. in Python, Java, .NET or similar
