We are looking for a Student Assistant to support the development and execution of Pandora’s global collection strategies within the Collaborations team. If this sounds interesting, keep on reading!

 

Your areas of responsibilities

As Student Assistant, you will gain hands-on experience at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and commercial execution, supporting the team in shaping globally relevant and consumer-centric collections. You will contribute through analytical insights, creative input, and structured project support, helping ensure our collections are both inspiring and commercially successful.


Working within Collaborations offers a unique opportunity to engage with culturally relevant partnerships such as Disney or Netflix and global campaigns, while learning how product, brand, and storytelling come together to drive brand heat and business impact.


You will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Design, Marketing, and Insights, gaining exposure to how a global product organization operates. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to develop their analytical, creative, and commercial skillset in a fast-paced, international environment.

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Supporting end-to-end collection delivery, from brief to execution across channels
  • Monitoring competitive landscape and tracking brand and campaign performance, contributing insights to inform future activations
  • Preparing structured project presentations and insights for key strategic meetings with senior stakeholders
  • Supporting coordination and progress across global cross-functional teams
  • Maintaining overview of assortment frameworks and supporting collection strategy activities
  • Assisting in preparing and synthesizing consumer research and insights
  • Handling ongoing coordination and ad hoc tasks within the Collaborations team

 

A structured approach with an analytical mindset

Are you a versatile and adaptive team-player, with a positive attitude and a detail-oriented approach to your tasks? Then you might be just the person we are looking for. You enjoy being part of a fast-paced environment, and you are able to multi-task efficiently. You have an analytical mindset, but also like to be creative and open-minded. Additionally, we hope that you have and can demonstrate:

  • Pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar – with at least one year left in your studies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong Power Point skills
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical skills and an interest in commercial analysis and working with consumer insights
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized and structured approach with high attention to detail
  • Genuine interest in jewellery and retail, and a natural flare for culture and trends would be beneficial
  • Genuine interest and knowledge across large entertainment brands i.e Disney, Warner Brothers, Netflix

Additional information

This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark and your working hours will be 15-20 per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required).
