Then you may be the Digital Content Specialist we’re looking for in our Global Marketing team.
High-performing and engaging digital content
As a Digital Content Specialist, you will be part of the Digital Experience team in Global Marketing. The team is responsible for defining, handling and executing marketing campaigns and content management across markets and across the year as part of our go-to-market operating model.
As a Digital Content Specialist, you will have a deep understanding of the Content management system (CMS) and its impact on UX/UI and be the connection point for CMS for other teams. You will support the Digital Experience team by creating actions based on data and insights for content and features for the CMS.
In addition, you will:
Collaborate closely with different teams across the Pandora organization and external stakeholders to ensure the online customer journey is enhanced and enriched through the launch of new technical features
Identify levers for optimization and work with key internal stakeholders to inform decisions
Articulate complex CMS challenges, define solutions and communicate with internal/external stakeholders
Liaise with departments and markets to ensure coherency and effectiveness across content management processes
Support markets in digital, providing relevant guidelines and toolboxes

You will be a part of the Global Marketing Department of approximately 200+ colleagues. The Digital Experience team consists of 12 team members, who all work very closely with other departments and local markets. While we are professional and take our jobs seriously, we appreciate and maintain an informal and humorous tone.
What is needed for the role:
Experience with and preferably working daily in CMS
Can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of CMS functionality and how it impacts UX and UI across the customer journey. Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into clear content actions and optimisations.
High attention to detail and strong content quality mindset.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management across functions and markets.
Performance-driven mindset that merges brand and commercial perspectives
Strong sense of self-responsibility combined with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
Ability to manage workflows independently, prioritise tasks, and keep projects moving.
Intercultural competence and experience working with global teams and multiple markets.
A proactive, solution-oriented approach and openness to learning new tools and ways of working.
What you should demonstrate:
A relevant higher education within marketing, digital communication, business, or another commercial discipline. Excellent project management skills
Great presentation and communication skills
Fluent in English - both writing and verbally
Well-developed Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and ideally Jira/confluence skills
Experience with Content Management systems (CMS)
Experience with retail, fashion or FMCG industry is a plus
Experience from a global organisation is a plus
