Are you ready to shape the face of the world’s largest jewellery brand? As our new Senior Specialist, Store Planning & Design – Interim, you’ll lead the global rollout of Pandora’s new window design framework, enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement across more than 100 countries. Based in our Copenhagen HQ, this 15-month fixed-term role offers a unique opportunity to drive innovation and mentor a talented team.
Design leadership meets digital innovation
In this role, you will lead the transformation of our retail facades on a global scale, driving brand visibility and customer engagement. You will manage the large-scale rollout of our new window design frameworks across multiple regions, and mentor a small team of Associate Specialists. This is a unique opportunity to shape the face of our brand in over 100 countries from our Copenhagen headquarters. Additionally, you will lead the implementation of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) to digitize and streamline collaboration across Pandora’s global store planning efforts.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing the rollout of our new window framework across 9 regional clusters
Ensuring design excellence and alignment with brand standards
Leading and mentoring a team of 2–3 designers and technical specialists in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Acting as the Store Design team lead for ACC implementation with external consultants
Partnering with Pandora D&T to enhance cross-functional project management tools
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
Proven experience in retail design, store planning, or architectural project management
Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM (Building Information Modeling)
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience mentoring junior team members and driving project delivery
Bonus points for:
Experience with global or multi-regional retail brands
Positive, transparent, and proactive attitude; thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.

You’ll join Pandora’s Global Store Planning & Design team, a creative and collaborative group dedicated to delivering world-class retail environments. From our Copenhagen HQ, we drive innovation and excellence across Pandora’s global store fleet, working closely with internal and external partners to bring our brand to life.
