Consumer Insights Senior Specialist – Brand Insights
Role Overview
Are you passionate about bridging consumer insights to brand strategy? As Consumer Insights Senior Specialist, specialized on Brand Insights, you will play a key role in informing strategic positioning, validating brand collaborations, and supporting creative development. You will help ensure that Pandora’s brand resonates across markets and touchpoints by delivering insights that guide campaign development, celebrity partnerships. This role supports the development of compelling brand narratives and creative strategies that connect with consumers and drive brand equity.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Positioning Support: Deliver insights to guide brand positioning and campaign idea development.
Collaboration & Celebrity Strategy Validation: Evaluate consumer resonance with brand collaborations and celebrity partnerships.
Content Strategy & Creative Briefing: Inform content development and creative direction through consumer insight.
Insight Integration: Collaborate with Brand Strategy and Creative teams to embed insights into brand-building initiatives.
Qualifications
6-9 years of experience in brand insights, strategic marketing, or consumer research.
Experience in brand positioning, and creative briefings.
Strong understanding of cultural and market nuances across geographies.
Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken); familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
Personal Competencies
Strategic and creative thinker with a passion for brand building.
Curious and culturally attuned, with a strong sense of consumer trends.
Collaborative and confident working across creative and strategic functions.
Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
