About the Role

In Pandora, we have embarked on a journey to transform the fulfilment ecosystem, enabled by a cutting-edge transportation management system/product, Centiro. As a Product manager, Global Delivery, you will join the Global Fulfilment & Delivery Transformation team in Global Operations that consists of six masterful, fun and caring colleagues. You will be the voice of our internal customers in the distribution centres, responsible to translate their needs into a product vision, roadmap, objectives, key results and corresponding team backlog to deliver a transportation management product with organisation-wide business impact. You will constantly prioritize the backlog to optimize for overall Pandora benefit realisation while managing inter-dependencies and risks.

 

You will work closely with colleagues from Pandora’s distributions centres around the globe to understand their needs, shape future-proof transportation management capabilities and standardised ways of working. You will lead on daily basis an agile, cross-functional product team, consisting of engineers, architect, business analyst and subject-matter experts, ensuring focus on the right priorities to deliver maximum value. The agile product team sits within the Omni Operations Product Line consisting of two other product teams. You will hereby be working side by side with your fellow Product Managers, Architects, Change, Test and Release Management, owning the full cycle of releasing transportation management system capabilities into production.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Own the vision and the road map for the transportation management product
  • Define, monitor and analyze objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure success of the product
  • Align and communicate the roadmap and priorities across multiple stakeholders
  • Closely collaborate with colleagues in the distribution centres to clearly identify and map true and latent needs, opportunities and pain points through interviews, user journey mapping and/or facilitating workshops and ensure they are aligned with the product vision. 
  • Own and constantly prioritize the product backlog to optimize for benefit realization
  • Lead the agile product team, ensuring the delivery of outcomes meets objectives and customer needs
  • Enable the quality assurance and testing strategy by communicating quality standards and adherence to product acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate closely with our partner, Centiro
  • Collaborate and manage dependencies with other product teams and/or initiatives within the Omni Operations product line and beyond
  • Challenge current ways of working and help design and uphold future global processes and capabilities
  • Support product line leadership in providing inputs for business case development for strategic initiatives
  • Foster best practices across the product management discipline to enable the development of high performing teams within Omni Operations product line

You can easily identify with the customer, as well as inspire a deep customer empathy within the team.You are a great listener, and can collaborate successfully with many stakeholders (technical and non-technical, internal and external). You are resilient, and able to embrace and navigate change and reflect back the change impact to the product and the team.

 

Additioanlly, we expect that you have and can demonstarte:

  • 6+ years of experience working with Product Management, preferably within the Supply Chain area
  • Experience with working with tech roadmaps and system design
  • Excellent understanding of software life cycle stages
  • Strong servant leadership mindset with experience in driving cross-functional product teams
  • Natural ability to be a change agent with experience in digital transformation and working in rapidly changing environments
  • Experience with working within Agile framework
  • Strong familiarity in structuring complex insights and analyzing many data sources to craft a compelling and clear narrative that resonates with target audience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong value chain understanding and mindset
