Ready to shape the investment decisions behind Pandora’s global growth?
As our new Manager, Global Business Investment & Network Planning, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring Pandora’s network expansion delivers profitable, sustainable growth. Based at our Copenhagen HQ, this role offers a unique opportunity to combine financial rigor with strategic influence - directly shaping revenue, EBIT, and capital allocation decisions at the highest levels of the organization.
Goal is for the manager to elevate the team to the next level. You will be expected to elevate the team’s output by building on existing capabilities and transforming them into future-ready, highly actionable insights that strengthen decision-making across the business.
Investment governance meets global commercial impact
In this role, you will be end‑to‑end accountable for Pandora’s Global Investment Proposal (IP) approval process - from governance frameworks, tools, and templates to the preparation of high‑quality business cases for CCO, CEO, and Board approval.
You will oversee more than 1,000 investment proposals annually, representing several billion DKK in Revenue, EBIT, and CAPEX. By ensuring every investment is thoroughly assessed, financially sound, and value‑accretive, you will play a critical role in protecting and growing Pandora’s profitability at scale.
Beyond approvals, you will track post‑investment performance against approved business cases, creating a direct feedback loop that improves decision quality, forecasting accuracy, and capital deployment over time. In a fast‑growing and increasingly complex global network, maintaining disciplined, high‑quality decision‑making is a strategic growth lever - and this role sits at its very centre.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Owning Pandora’s global Investment Proposal (IP) approval process end‑to‑end
Governing tools, templates, and frameworks that ensure consistent, high‑quality business case preparation
Reviewing, challenging, and validating investment proposals for Own & Operated store expansion
Preparing decision materials for senior leadership, including CCO, CEO, and Board forums
Ensuring alignment between investment decisions and Pandora’s revenue, EBIT, and CAPEX objectives
Tracking post‑approval performance against original business cases to drive accountability and learning
Creating a continuous feedback loop that improves forecasting accuracy and proposal quality
Influencing and challenging senior global and cluster stakeholders to uphold strong commercial discipline
Coaching and developing specialists to ensure scalable, best‑in‑class governance and execution
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
5+ years of experience in business case reviews, investment governance, or global portfolio expansion
Strong background in finance and accounting, with solid commercial acumen
Experience within retail and/or real estate environments
Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and internationally with senior stakeholders
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across seniority levels
Ability to drive standardization, governance, and continuous improvement at scale
High attention to detail and strong data accuracy
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office
Your new team
You’ll join the Reporting & Analytics team within Network & Franchise Management, working closely with senior stakeholders across Property, Finance, Strategy & Business Development, and global cluster teams. The role operates in one of Pandora’s largest growth drivers - network expansion - providing critical decision‑making foundations in the company.
