We are looking for a new Manager to take end‑to‑end ownership of Jira and Confluence as enterprise platforms across Pandora’s Digital & Technology organisation. The role is responsible for ensuring that the Atlassian toolset is stable, reliable, and fit for purpose, and that it supports delivery, planning, reporting, and collaboration at scale across teams and domains. About the Role
As Manager, Atlassian Tooling, you are accountable for operating and evolving the enterprise Atlassian platform (core products being Jira and Confluence) on a day‑to‑day basis. You'll work hands‑on in the tools, making configuration decisions, handling incidents and escalations, managing integrations, and prioritising incoming demand. You will be collaborating closely with delivery teams, portfolio stakeholders, DevOps, and external partners to ensure the platforms remain usable, scalable, and well‑controlled in a dynamic environment.

What Is Needed to Succeed
You are comfortale operating as a senior individual contributor and owning end‑to‑end responsibility for Jira and Confluence in a complex organization. You are a strong communicator, and you easily built trust with stakeholders across different functions and backgrounds. You have a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset, and solid prioritisation skills.
