This role sits within the newly established Retail Procurement category, with a specific focus on general construction. You will play a key role in delivering value across Pandora’s global retail network, supporting the sourcing and management of store builds, refurbishments and related construction services.

You’ll be instrumental in building and shaping this new category, contributing to Pandora’s global growth ambitions while ensuring our retail environments reflect the brand’s quality, sustainability values, and operational excellence through:

Cost Control

Deliver sustainable cost savings and procurement efficiencies. Optimize total cost of ownership (TCO) through strategic sourcing, vendor negotiation, and demand management. Implement robust spend analytics and supplier performance tracking. Establish and share Best practices across markets.

Business Value

Collaborate cross-functionally to align procurement strategies with Pandora’s business objectives. Support innovation and speed-to-market by sourcing high-quality materials, products, and services efficiently. Leverage market insights and supplier capabilities to enable competitive advantage.

Sustainability

Integrate environmental, social, and ethical considerations into sourcing decisions. Partner with suppliers to advance Pandora’s ESG goals, including carbon reduction, responsible sourcing, and circularity. Ensure compliance with global sustainability standards and support transparency throughout the supply chain.

Protect Pandora

Uphold Pandora’s brand integrity and reputation by ensuring supplier compliance with legal, ethical, and quality standards. Strengthen governance, controls, and transparency across procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

Category Strategy & Management

  • Develop, implement, and manage sourcing strategies for general construction categories.
  • Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and supplier landscape evaluation.
  • Define category roadmaps aligned with project timelines, budget targets, and quality standards.

Strategic Sourcing & Procurement

  • Lead end-to-end sourcing processes: RFI/RFQ/RFP, bid evaluations, negotiations, and supplier selection.
  • Secure competitive pricing, optimal contract terms, and risk mitigation for high-value construction procurements.

Supplier & Contract Management

  • Establish and manage supplier relationships, monitor KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Drive supplier development and innovation to improve service, quality, and cost.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contractual obligations, and relevant regulations.

Cost Control & Value Delivery

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities, best practices, value engineering initiatives, and lifecycle cost reductions.
  • Monitor and report on category spend, savings achievements, and procurement performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal stakeholders in the Global Network and Cluster Network teams, the reporting and analytic team, Store design and Creative team, Sustainability team, Legal, and our Finance teams.
  • Support project procurement planning and execution across multiple clusters

You are a procurement professional who thrives in a dynamic, global environment. You bring not only commercial acumen but also a deep commitment to doing business the right way – for people, planet, and Pandora. You see procurement not just as a function, but as a value-creating business partner.
