Join Pandora to help lead one of the most compelling data engineering challenges in 2026: the Data & AI Platform that sits underneath the world's largest jewellery company. The platform serves teams across consumer engagement, retail supply chain, finance, merchandising, and manufacturing, operating across more than 100 countries and 6,800 points of sale. What it enables sets the ceiling on what the rest of the business can do with data.
As a Data Platform Engineer, you will design, build, and operate the platform services, SDKs, and automation that product teams depend on. You will take features end to end, from design through production, and share the on-call rotation for the services you own. You will work within patterns set by senior engineers and the Lead Engineer, and you will be trusted to push back when those patterns do not fit. The team's mantra: fast by default, safe by design, fully auditable.
