Pandektes has raised more than €4 million and most recently closed a €2.9 million seed round (Feb 2025) led by People Ventures, Interface Capital, and leading angels. Pandektes already serves more than 250 customers across Denmark and Germany.
We’re looking for a Head of Sales to scale our entire sales function. You’ll lead our sales efforts across markets, build a high-performing team, and turn a strong product-market fit into predictable, scalable revenue. You’ll refine our sales strategy, sharpen our playbook, and work closely with leadership to shape Pandektes’ growth journey.
This is a full time role based in our HQ in Copenhagen (relocation is possible).
Own and scale Pandektes’ sales team & strategy across all markets
Lead, coach, and develop a distributed sales team across Copenhagen, Germany and other markets
Stay close to the sales floor through deal involvement, call reviews, and pipeline deep dives
Build a high-performance sales culture through clear KPIs, structured pipeline management, and coaching
Drive revenue growth, forecasting, and target ownership
Continuously refine our sales engine, playbook, processes, pricing, and tooling as we scale
Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing to strengthen positioning and conversion
Proven experience leading B2B / Enterprise SaaS sales
Strong hands-on sales background with proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
Strong commercial and analytical skills, with experience using modern sales tools and analytics
Experience managing and scaling remote, international sales teams
We work in English, proficiency in other languages is a plus
