About the role

As Head of Finance, you’ll own Pandektes’ financial function end-to-end.

You’ll be responsible for taking our current financial setup and optimizing it for scale. You’ll work with external bookkeepers & accountants for operational finance. You’ll also be deeply involved in the full spectrum of finance - everything from operational finance, budgeting, P&L analysis to corporate finance, and investor reporting.

As part of the leadership team you’ll play a key role in scaling Pandektes. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both strategic finance and operational execution.

What you’ll do

• Own Pandektes’ financial strategy and operations, ensuring a strong and scalable financial setup

• Maintain a clear overview of key financial metrics, performance indicators to inform decision making

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and P&L ownership across the company

• Act as a key finance partner to leadership on corporate finance topics

• Set up and continuously improve operational finance processes, systems, and controls

• Conduct customer-related financial analysis, including pricing, unit economics and revenue performance

• Work with external partners on accounting, audits, compliance etc.

What you’ll bring

• Financial background with experience in startup, scale-up, PE, VC, or M&A environments

• Hands-on experience supporting or leading fundraising/M&A processes (ideally through a Series A/B/C)

• Solid understanding of operational finance, including setting up finance functions from scratch or early stage

• Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn financial data into clear business insights
