Production Manager for an Ambitious Food Company

Do you want to lead an efficient and stable production in a company with high ambitions? Do you have strong leadership skills and solid experience in production planning and supply chain? Then you may be our new Production Manager.

About the role

As Production Manager, you will have overall responsibility for ensuring a stable, efficient, and quality-focused production. You will lead approximately 40 employees through 4 team leaders and play a central role in both daily operations and the long-term development of production. The role combines clear leadership with structure, momentum, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work purposefully with production planning, capacity utilization, and continuous improvement, while ensuring compliance with applicable quality and food safety standards. In close cooperation with purchasing, warehouse, and logistics, you will contribute to a well-functioning supply chain flow, and you will systematically follow up on KPIs to drive continuous improvements and results.

Your profile

We imagine that you have experience from a similar leadership role in a production company—preferably within the food industry—and a proven track record of leading through middle managers. You have a strong understanding of production planning and capacity management, as well as a solid sense of value chain interdependencies.

As a person, you work in a structured and analytical way, you are results-oriented, and you are able to create engagement and motivation through clear communication and strong collaboration skills.
