We're looking for a dedicated iOS Support Assistant to join our growing team remotely from
Ukraine, Turkey, or India.
Role Overview:
You'll work closely with our Apple developer team and app builders to manage and renew
Apple developer accounts. No prior experience needed—just familiarity with Apple IDs and a
willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
 Renewing and registering Apple developer accounts
 Managing ~4,000 renewals annually (and growing)
 Monitoring account expiry notifications and pop-ups
 Handling Apple-related email inboxes (forwarded to you)
 Uploading invoices and tracking account statuses
 Supporting the developer registration and renewal process
Requirements:
 English language skills
 Familiarity with Apple IDs (no dev experience needed)
 Detail-oriented and organized
 Reliable internet connection
