We are building a lean, centralized partner-management function that owns the commercial relationship with partners for the Business Unit. You’ll partner with in-country Vendor/Partner Managers to maximize value, ensure compliance, drive standardization across the organization, and feed field learnings into the Business Unit global strategy. You will coordinate with the Procurement function, which owns negotiations, rebates, and contract management. Your market-facing senior role drives end-to-end partner governance and value across the Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Improved Coordination and Communication
Centralize partner communications across the Business Unit; standardize channels, cadence, and cross-functional touchpoints to reduce duplication.
Maintain high-quality partner master data and align commercial and operational reviews with in-country Vendor/Partner managers,
Systematically collect field insights and reporting, feeding local learnings into global strategy,
Serves as the BU SPOC for marketplace opportunities (viewed as a strategic growth channel) and define cross-functional processes whilst ensuring consistency across countries.
Engage with BU leadership team, OCD Sponsors and Partner executives to align on strategic priorities and enablement plans.
End-to-End Partner Performance Visibility
Establish and maintain partner performance dashboards and monthly pipeline reviews, spend and order intake while delivering insights to senior stakeholders and the BU leadership team
Chair cross-functional reviews with in-country Partner Managers and Procurement to monitor delivery, quality, and compliance; jointly define plans to drive efficiency and progress across countries.
In collaboration with Marketing, define MDF strategy per partner, govern its usage, measure the ROI and translate outcomes into strategic growth plans.

Incremental Process Standardization
Develop and implement standardized workflows, templates, and reporting; drive phased rollouts to build consistency with minimal local resource burden.
Enable scalable adoption and knowledge transfer to in-country teams;
Contract updates and Compliance
Keep Procurement informed of any operational, financial and/or commercial challenges or opportunities requiring contract review or negotiation.
Contribute to enforcement of compliance policies.; ensure with procurement that data protection and cyber risk controls are embedded in partner contracts.
Cost Control and Optimization
Collaborate - with local partner/vendor management teams – to optimize rebates and cost to services; ties activities to ROI.
Participate in target definition with Procurement and join regular follow-up meetings to track actuals vs targets.
Deliver periodic cost-optimization recommendations within a governance framework; demonstrate clear ROI from partnerships
Key competencies/skills:
10+ years in partner management, alliances, channel leadership, sales, procurement, or related roles within multinationals, international/multicultural and matrix organizations (B2B/enterprise partners preferred),
Proven senior stakeholder management, including executive-level engagement and cross-functional leadership across sales, marketing, and procurement.
Demonstrated track record in strategic partnerships, joint GTM planning, revenue growth, and driving measurable ROI.
Strong data-driven decision making; experience building dashboards, scorecards, and governance forums.
Excellent programme management, collaboration, and communication skills; able to operate effectively in a complex, evolving environment.
Cybersecurity domain knowledge is highly desirable.
Master’s degree in Business management, Finance, or related field.
