Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of flight physics engineers, fostering technical excellence and collaboration.
Hands-on experience in aircraft design/systems integration and development in Flight Physics
Meet all technical objectives and maintain quality standards
Drive the development, validation, and application of flight physics models, simulations, and analytical tools.
Interface with systems engineering, design, structures, controls, and test teams to ensure cohesive technical solutions.
Plan and execute budgets with schedules, resource and cost perspectives
Provide technical leadership in design reviews, trade studies, and program milestones.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Aerospace or Space Engineering
8+ years of hands-on experience in aircraft design/systems integration and development in Flight Physics
Strong understanding of FAR/CS-23 or FAR/CR-25 certification regulations
Proven leadership experience in managing a team
