Your main focus will be on improving our current digital training offering and driving learning initiatives together with the rest of the Learning & Development team and internal stakeholders. Please note that we mainly deal with technical product and IGA domain knowledge training. You’ll be working with a variety of teams across the organization and leading learning projects to develop a self-sustaining learning culture. You’ll be great at building relationships and partnerships across the organization to deliver a learning experience to employees, partners, and customers that reflects the Omada strategy.
