We are seeking a highly skilled Global Pension Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operational excellence of our worldwide retirement programs. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate pension governance, seamless data and funding processes, and strong financial and compliance controls across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in pension operations, a strong process-automation mindset, and the ability to partner closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external providers. This is a critical role that supports our global workforce, enhances employee experience, and strengthens the reliability, integrity, and scalability of our pension operations worldwide.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead global pension operations across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all plan types and providers

  • Oversee pension governance activities, including periodic plan reviews, operational audits, risk assessments, and alignment with global governance frameworks

  • Own pension data transmission workflows, driving automation, reconciliation, and data-quality controls for provider files, payroll feeds, and contribution reporting

  • Manage global pension financials, including contribution calculations, funding schedules, true-ups, and cross-country financial compliance requirements

  • Coordinate pension funding and payment operations, including PR/PO creation, invoice processing, and ongoing vendor payment oversight

  • Support global pension enrollments and terminations, ensuring timely and accurate employee transitions in partnership with HR, Payroll, and providers

  • Serve as escalation point for employee pension inquiries, resolving complex issues, tracking themes, and improving processes to reduce future escalations

  • Drive process optimization and automation, streamlining workflows, reducing manual touchpoints, and improving operational reliability

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Current hands-on experience working with Global pension programs

  • 8+ years of relevant pension experience

  • Experience with global pension compliance and governance rules

  • Experience working cross-functionally with senior management

  • Demonstrated ability to work well with and relate to company personnel at all levels and in multiple locations

  • Ability to think creatively, function independently and work actively

  • Ability to handle complexity and multiple demands with a sense of urgency, drive and enthusiasm
