Quality Operations Avedøre is looking for a structured and motivated student worker to support our daily quality and documentation tasks.
You will join a team of 12 skilled and dedicated colleagues who manage all quality and food safety responsibilities at our Avedøre production site.
We are part of a larger department across Roskilde, Avedøre, Hørsholm and Lyngby, comprising around 30 employees working together to ensure high-quality microbial and biosolution products for customers worldwide.
The Role & Your Impact
In this role, you will support our quality operations by ensuring smooth handling of documentation and data used in our production processes. Your work helps secure compliance, traceability, quality, and a high level of operational integrity.
Your key responsibilities include:
Archiving batch documentation
Reviewing batch documentation and performing various office tasks
Ensuring data accuracy and maintaining updated records
Performing data analysis
Supporting the manager with presentations and small deliverables
Handling ad hoc tasks as needed
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
You are currently studying within life sciences or a related field
Strong MS Office skills—especially Excel
Structured, reliable, and motivated to learn
Comfortable working with data and documentation
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a dynamic environment
Additional Skills & Interests We Value
Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools
A general interest in microbes and microbial processes
Curiosity and eagerness to contribute to quality driven workflows
Ability to collaborate and communicate clearly within the team

Ways of Working / Working Conditions
This is an on site position at our Avedøre facility
Working hours will be planned around your study schedule
Tasks are office based with no physical lifting requirements
