As our new Digitalization Student Assistant in Formulation Development and Innovation, you will become part of a diverse team working to support digitalization across the formulation development area. We are 14 colleagues from various backgrounds and cultures, united in enabling innovative technology projects while supporting daily laboratory and development work.

The role & your impact
In this role, you’ll support the advancement of digital tools and technologies used across Formulation Development. You will play a key part in developing Python based solutions that streamline workflows and enhance how data is used. Your contributions will help drive digital transformation and create impactful improvements for scientists and engineers working with enzyme and protein products.

Your key responsibilities in this role 

  • Support the development and maintenance of digital tools built in Python.

  • Participate in optimizing data flows across the area.

  • Explore innovative ways of using our data more effectively.

  • Gather user feedback and translate it into meaningful improvements for our digital solutions.

What you’ll need to be successful in this role 

  • You are enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s program (Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or similar).

  • Experience with programming—preferably Python.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues from various backgrounds.

  • A self driven, reliable, and team oriented approach to your work.

Additional skills & interests we value 

  • Experience with process simulations.

  • Curiosity about digital transformation and new ways of working with data.
