Welcome to Global Quality Systems
You will be part of Global Quality Systems, a department responsible for Novonesis’ global strategy and minimum requirements for Quality and Product Safety. We are the process owner of several IT solutions that are used globally, and we work in close cooperation with the organization to ensure that systems and processes comply and are implemented according to industry requirements.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:
As our new student assistant, you will be supporting the team in taking ownership for maintenance and use of our Global Quality Management System (QMS).

Your primary focus will in this connection be:

• Update and align metadata and manage access to systems and user groups

• Investigating, trouble shooting and test of Quality Management Systems

• Supporting end users, answering questions, training end users and making training material.

• Supporting various IT related projects and system releases.

• Assisting our team in various administrative tasks.

Who are we looking for?
We imagine that our new student assistant is studying a bachelor or master program within the fields of IT, Biotech, Food Science, or other relevant studies. It would be great if you could stay with us for a while, so we would prefer to find someone with around 2 - 3 years left of their studies.

In terms of personal and professional competencies, we are looking for a student assistant who can recognize themselves in several of the following:

• Comfortable working with IT systems and data

• Willingness to grow and take ownership of tasks within the team

• Organized and not afraid to take initiative

• Fluent in written and spoken English and good communication skills.

• Experience with MS Office and/or knowledge of SharePoint would be advantageous.

Weekly working hours are 10 – 20 hours. The ideal candidate will be able to work more during busy periods – but we can also offer flexibility to work less if your studies require more attention at other times. Knowledge of Danish is an advantage but not a requirement. Additionally, after onboarding it will be possible to discuss working remotely.
