Welcome to Food & Beverage Customer Engagement team

Join a dynamic and international team passionate about creating a better world with biological solutions. A chance to grow and develop professionally while building on your marketing and customer engagement skills to make a positive impact.  

We’re looking for a proactive and creative student assistant to support customer engagements and marketing activities. You’ll play a key role in preparing materials, coordinating logistics, and helping us deliver engaging customer experiences that bring our BioSolutions to life. 

Customer Engagement Support:

• Create and update presentations, posters, handouts, and props for customer engagements.

• Help prepare physical spaces for customer visits — both at our offices and out on-site

• Keep materials organized and maintain storage inventory

• Support event leads with shipment coordination, labeling, printing, and other operational tasks

• Conduct customer and market desk research based on priorities from our marketing team

• Assist with additional marketing and engagement tasks as needed

Customer & Market Insights:

• Search for and gather relevant information based on priorities defined by the Marketing Specialist — including customer portraits and market analysis.

Ad Hoc Support:

• Provide hands-on assistance for various marketing and engagement-related tasks as needed.

To succeed you must hold:

• A relevant educational background, for example being a student within areas such as marketing, business, communication or food science.

•  Service-minded, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks at once

• Experience using Microsoft tools like power point, excel, etc.

• Passionate and curious about Food and Beverage

• Creative with a strong sense for visuals and attention to detail

• Proactive learner with good communication and collaboration skills

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, other languages are a plus
