Our Global Quality Systems team is a part of our Global Quality Management & Systems area. We are an integral part of our Global Operations and committed to delivering robust and compliance IT Systems and Quality processes that aligns with and support of business strategy.

We are looking for a Senior QA IT Compliance Specialist with the ability of taking on a global role working from our Hørsholm site.  

We are working very close with IT and business functions across Novonesis to secure complaint and efficient quality systems. The right candidate must be able to work with IT QA and compliance under a wide range of biosolution products that can be governed by different statutory requirements.

We are improving and implementing many new IT systems and processes. Among other things you will help establish and maintain an IT quality and compliance framework for our new LIMS working closely with stakeholders across IT, Quality, and business units globally.

With your deep expertise, you will help shape best practices, standardize processes, and contribute to the scalability and efficiency of our compliance frameworks.

We have Office first, but after a well done onboarding, you will have the possibility of a flexible remote/on-site workday. You will refer to the Senior Manager for Global Quality Systems.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

Being a QA Reviewer, a key advisor and hands-on Subject Matter Expert on matters related to compliance, systems validation and quality assurance. Your ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization will be essential in driving compliance excellence.

To succeed you must hold:

The ideal candidate is professionally strongly routed in IT Compliance, Validation, Part 11/GAMP and is furthermore someone with exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of fostering cross-functional relationships, thanks to their outgoing and service-oriented nature.

We value candidates with 5+ years of experience in computer system validation, holding at least a Bachelor's Degree in Nature Science, IT, or a related field. A strong quality mindset is paramount.

You should be passionate about delivering high-quality service, capable of working both independently and collaboratively. A proactive approach, sharp analytical skills, attention to detail, and structured thinking are essential, especially when managing multiple tasks and adhering to tight deadline.
