The Role & Your Impact

As Senior Pricing Excellence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the global pricing excellence agenda across Novonesis. Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, you will lead strategic pricing initiatives that directly influence growth, profitability, and commercial performance.

You will work with senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders worldwide to build, refine, and implement best‑in‑class pricing capabilities that support Novonesis’ long‑term transformation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving measurable impact on margin and price quality through strategic pricing initiatives.
• Evolving and executing Novonesis’ global pricing excellence roadmap.
• Designing and scaling enterprise‑wide pricing capabilities, governance, and tools.
• Serving as global subject matter expert, delivering thought leadership, coaching, and hands‑on support.
• Supporting business leaders in price setting, price architecture, deal guidelines, and pricing analytics.
• Evaluating and enhancing current pricing frameworks and governance to enable long‑term value creation.
• Translating complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful (Must‑haves)

• Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or similar analytical field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in pricing excellence, commercial excellence, top‑tier consulting, strategic finance, or corporate strategy.
• Proven experience in pricing strategy, value‑based pricing, or transformation in complex/global B2B environments.
• Strong strategic problem‑solving skills and analytical toolbox (advanced Excel; Power BI or pricing software is a plus).
• Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
• Solid understanding of value chains, financial levers, and commercial performance drivers.
• Fluent English skills (spoken and written).
• Comfort working across both high‑level strategy and hands‑on execution.
