Join us as our new Senior Marketing Communications Manager for Household Care

We are looking for an experienced Senior MARCOM manager that can bring our strategic priorities into concrete marketing campaigns and sales collateral across channels in a global matrix organization.

Welcome to Planetary Health Marketing Communications team

As a part of our Planetary Health MARCOM team you will work with the Household Care Marketing teams to make our strategic priorities come to life, in offline & online channels and through strong sales collateral across our key regions.

Our PHB MARCOM community counts several other Planetary Health MARCOM managers driving other industries and a dedicated creative team (content strategists, graphical designers and activation specialists) that support the development of content and drive activation.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

In this role, you will drive the Household Care MarCom agenda end‑to‑end: from shaping the strategic positioning of the industry to executing impactful, insight‑driven campaigns that support growth globally. You will work closely with Global Marketing, Regional Marketing, and the MARCOM community to turn strategy into sharp positioning, compelling content, and high‑quality sales enablement. You are measured by the impact the overall MarCom plan makes for the industry in close collaboration with your key stakeholders (the global marketing community).

To succeed you must hold:

• Relevant Master degree in communication or business and proven track record (+5 years) for managing marketing & communications agenda in complex and global organization in a B2B context

• Multi-channel marketing experience enabling tangible business impact

• Hands‑on experience working with creatives on sales toolkits, marketing collateral, digital campaigns while owning the final deliverables

• Experience in leading major projects by aligning diverse global stakeholders around shared goals, using strong networks and informal influence

• Skilled at elevating positioning based on competitive dynamics; crisp storytelling for technical and commercial audiences

• Proven track record for improving sales collateral to enable sales teams to translate value proposition into tangible benefits

• Industry knowledge (Household Care) is a plus but a general curiosity for exploring biosolutions and its markets is a requirement

• Ability to work in Lyngby (Denmark)
